About us

Eurofly was a privately owned airline based in Milan, Italy. Listed on MTA Stock Exchange and controlled by Meridiana, it was Italy's leading carrier in the leisure flights market and mainly operated international, medium to long haul, point-to-point flights.

The medium-haul activity was centered mainly on operations to Egypt and the Red Sea Riviera, Spain and Greece. The long haul included some of Italians’ preferred tropical destinations like the Maldives and Sri Lanka or Africa. Furthermore, during the summer season, Eurofly operated non-stop scheduled flights to New York City, exploiting the reverse seasonality of if compared to tropical destinations and focusing on incoming traffic to Italy. The company slogan was The Italian way of life.

In 2010, the airline merged with Meridiana to form Meridiana Fly.

I created Eurofly Virtual through Newsky to allow other sim pilots to join up and fly the Italian skies as Eurofly using the callsign E-fly.

What makes us special?

Public Review Guidelines

We welcome honest and constructive feedback from pilots. To keep reviews useful and fair, please follow these rules:

  1. Base it on your own experience — You must be a current or former pilot of the Virtual Airline you are reviewing, and only write about what you have personally experienced.
  2. Keep it respectful — No offensive language, profanity, personal attacks, or discriminatory remarks. Criticism is fine, but focus on the airline or its operations, not individuals.
  3. Be specific enough to be meaningful — Helpful reviews include details such as routes, events, community, or support. One-line praise or criticism without explanation may be rejected.
  4. Avoid conflicts of interest — Don’t post if you’re part of a competing Virtual Airline and leaving negative feedback. Don’t review your own airline.
  5. No campaigns or manipulation — Don’t encourage others to post reviews in bulk, whether positive or negative.
How we moderate reviews
  • All reviews are checked by the MNA Team before publishing.
  • We operate on a trust basis — we assume your review is genuine unless there’s a reason to question it.
  • Reviews may be temporarily hidden if they need clarification or breach these rules.
  • If no update is provided when requested, the review may be permanently removed.
  • Initial publication does not guarantee a review will remain visible.
