As a pilot with us, you will take the controls of the modern Airbus A220, flying for the most advanced virtual airline operating this aircraft. What makes us special?
• The A220 Specialists: We are the only virtual airline dedicated 100% to bringing true-to-life procedures for this specific aircraft. We provide the SOP drafted in accordance with real airBaltic procedures, as well as an electronic checklist used on airBaltic aircraft. You’ll get direct support from both experienced simmers and real-world pilots to help you master the A220.
• Massive Route Network & ACMI: Explore the world from your cockpit - airBaltic virtual operates an extensive network stretching across Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. Want to switch things up? We also simulate ACMI flights, letting you fly for other airlines just like the real airBaltic does!

We have a roadmap full of unique features to make your flight deck feel more professional. Besides all the basic features and realistic procedures, we have a sophisticated EFB, where you can send reports, access documents, and even fill in a tech log.

Public Review Guidelines
We welcome honest and constructive feedback from pilots. To keep reviews useful and fair, please follow these rules:
- Base it on your own experience — You must be a current or former pilot of the Virtual Airline you are reviewing, and only write about what you have personally experienced.
- Keep it respectful — No offensive language, profanity, personal attacks, or discriminatory remarks. Criticism is fine, but focus on the airline or its operations, not individuals.
- Be specific enough to be meaningful — Helpful reviews include details such as routes, events, community, or support. One-line praise or criticism without explanation may be rejected.
- Avoid conflicts of interest — Don’t post if you’re part of a competing Virtual Airline and leaving negative feedback. Don’t review your own airline.
- No campaigns or manipulation — Don’t encourage others to post reviews in bulk, whether positive or negative.
How we moderate reviews
- All reviews are checked by the MNA Team before publishing.
- We operate on a trust basis — we assume your review is genuine unless there’s a reason to question it.
- Reviews may be temporarily hidden if they need clarification or breach these rules.
- If no update is provided when requested, the review may be permanently removed.
- Initial publication does not guarantee a review will remain visible.
