About us

At Arctic Air, our mission is to deliver an authentic, high-latitude flight simulation experience rooted in the rugged spirit of Alaskan aviation. Based in Anchorage since 2007, we connect over 600 virtual pilots across the globe through a shared passion for precision flying, procedural realism, and community camaraderie.

Whether navigating treacherous bush strips, hauling critical cargo, or executing mainline routes, we empower our crew with an immersive environment, operational integrity, and unwavering support from takeoff to touchdown.

What makes us special?

The rarity of a Virtual Airline lasting nearly 20 years in Alaska makes us stand out. On top of that we offer our pilots routes with a science view. Our painters spend many long hours painting our liveries for Arctic Air. Mainly MSFS2024 and MSFA2020. We do have liveries for XPlane 12, XPlane 11, and FSX.

We also offer multiple branches of Arctic Air including in Arctic Air Cargo, Arctic Air HeliConnect, 49Charters, and Arctic Air Premiere. Arctic Air has many active Tours to chose from with new Tours starting all the time. We are always adding new routes for Arctic Air and its branches.

Review Arctic Air

Public Review Guidelines

We welcome honest and constructive feedback from pilots. To keep reviews useful and fair, please follow these rules:

  1. Base it on your own experience — You must be a current or former pilot of the Virtual Airline you are reviewing, and only write about what you have personally experienced.
  2. Keep it respectful — No offensive language, profanity, personal attacks, or discriminatory remarks. Criticism is fine, but focus on the airline or its operations, not individuals.
  3. Be specific enough to be meaningful — Helpful reviews include details such as routes, events, community, or support. One-line praise or criticism without explanation may be rejected.
  4. Avoid conflicts of interest — Don’t post if you’re part of a competing Virtual Airline and leaving negative feedback. Don’t review your own airline.
  5. No campaigns or manipulation — Don’t encourage others to post reviews in bulk, whether positive or negative.
How we moderate reviews
  • All reviews are checked by the MNA Team before publishing.
  • We operate on a trust basis — we assume your review is genuine unless there’s a reason to question it.
  • Reviews may be temporarily hidden if they need clarification or breach these rules.
  • If no update is provided when requested, the review may be permanently removed.
  • Initial publication does not guarantee a review will remain visible.
