The biggest difference between FlyHoliday and many other virtual airlines lies in one key point:
• Only active pilots fly with us.
While other virtual airlines often boast hundreds of registered members – many of whom are inactive – we focus on quality over quantity.
Thanks to our mandatory quarterly flight requirement, we ensure that only genuinely active members are part of our airline. Every pilot must complete at least 5 flights per quarter, with the third quarter serving as our official summer break.

Division into 4 airlines FlyHoliday is part of the Nordfly Group, which unites four airlines into one group. Each airline pursues a different goal and covers a different area of aviation. Nordfly itself is the group’s main carrier, with the most extensive route network. Whether long-haul or short-haul destinations, Nordfly covers almost everything. Nordfly Cargo covers the air freight sector, transporting large quantities of cargo across the globe. FlyHoliday is the group’s leisure airline. At FlyHoliday you will have high quality liveries for all most popular Addon Jets. It's up to you whether you want to fly offline or with IVAO and VATSIM. Regular events with great colleagues, a wide variety of routes and destinations and even free flights where you can charter the aircraft of your choice and fly to wherever you want. You are new to flightsimming or online flying? No worries, there are always some people on discord trying to help you. The community is superb and to a certain degree it was fun to fly for FlyHoliday. But, after re-evaluating my time in this Airline Group, I unfortunately have to change my rating. Even though I met a lot of good people there, it is mostly the way pilots are being treated by the parts of the staff, even among the staff itself. It is not rare that pilots are being called out as "stupid" publicly when they are asking legitimate questions i.e. regarding the SOPs. Those staff members should really reflect on their attitude towards other people. 2/5 - Can't recommend that airline anymore.
It is very regrettable that a former member of the CEO team, who actively helped shape the development of this virtual airline for a considerable period of time, now chooses to speak about the airline in such a disparaging and, from our perspective, factually inaccurate manner. We clearly reject the claim that team members publicly refer to pilots as “stupid.” Such behavior does not reflect our values, nor does it align with the respectful and supportive environment we strive to maintain within our community. In fact, mutual support is one of the core principles of our airline. In addition to a highly committed and helpful community, we have a dedicated team of five mentors whose role is specifically to assist new members with procedures, installations, and any other questions they may have. In most cases, concerns are addressed quickly and with genuine willingness to help. For that reason, it is all the more disappointing that, following a voluntary departure from the airline, personal differences now seem to be used as the basis for portraying such a negative image. Criticism is always legitimate and important, but it should remain fair, factual, and truthful. We deeply regret this development, both in light of the shared history and on a personal level.

FlyHoliday is the best VA and I've been a member of alot over the past few years but my honest opinion is it's the best. There are plenty of liveries and documents to download so everything you need to get you started. I would highly recommend FlyHoliday as it is run and managed by a great team who are dedicated to providing an excellent experiance as a VA Pilot.

- Be specific enough to be meaningful — Helpful reviews include details such as routes, events, community, or support. One-line praise or criticism without explanation may be rejected.
- Avoid conflicts of interest — Don’t post if you’re part of a competing Virtual Airline and leaving negative feedback. Don’t review your own airline.
- No campaigns or manipulation — Don’t encourage others to post reviews in bulk, whether positive or negative.
