About us
Musketeer Virtual Airline was originally founded in 2007 by some members of the former Düsseldorf regional group on VATSIM in order to achieve sufficient traffic for our virtual air traffic controller practical tests (CPT). Our motto "One for All and All for One" led to an increasing number of members, group flights, evenings together on Teamspeak and even real-life events. Today, we no longer just fly to and from locations in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW), but have established a huge route network across almost the entire globe - both passenger and cargo flights. And while the regional groups on VATSIM have since been replaced by FIR structures from the real world, the Musketeer spirit could never have been stronger.
What makes us special?
We want our pilots to be happy and become part of our story. We are deliberately not based on any real airline, so that we can expand both our route network and fleet at any time. As a result, we can also offer exotic routes that may only rarely be flown in reality. We are proud of our community and welcome anyone who wants to join and get involved.
