About us

New England Virtual (NEA) is a Boston-based virtual airline for MSFS 2020/2024, and X-Plane for pilots who want a realistic yet welcoming experience. We fly everything from mainline and subsidiary commercial flights to Cargo and private charter. We offer custom liveries, active VATSIM events, and a community that supports both new and experienced simmers. Whether you’re looking to log hours casually or fly online through VATSIM, New England Virtual offers an immersive way to explore the skies.

What makes us special?

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Lots of routes and aircraft to choose from, I appreciate the help and support provide fast and simple that gets you where you need to go. The work put in by the staff makes it feel like NEA is a true real airline up there with the top carriers globally, I cannot wait to see where this journey takes us.

Excellent and responsive staff, friendly community of pilots, wonderfully considerate of lives outside of sim only needing one flight every two months, incredibly realistic operations especially given it is entirely fictional, wonderful range of inexpensive or free aircraft, and interesting and new takes on partnerships to feature special liveries. I encourage everyone to give this VA a try

I really enjoy New England Virtual, for a Fictional VA it is really well put together, and has a amazing route and fleet network. I could really see this VA as a real airline, as there is nothing "super" fictional about it.

Epic fictional virtual airline, one for the most realistic, diverse, and widest network I have ever seen from a fiction virtual airline, perfect for someone looking for something to do. 100% recommend

Public Review Guidelines

We welcome honest and constructive feedback from pilots. To keep reviews useful and fair, please follow these rules:

  1. Base it on your own experience — You must be a current or former pilot of the Virtual Airline you are reviewing, and only write about what you have personally experienced.
  2. Keep it respectful — No offensive language, profanity, personal attacks, or discriminatory remarks. Criticism is fine, but focus on the airline or its operations, not individuals.
  3. Be specific enough to be meaningful — Helpful reviews include details such as routes, events, community, or support. One-line praise or criticism without explanation may be rejected.
  4. Avoid conflicts of interest — Don’t post if you’re part of a competing Virtual Airline and leaving negative feedback. Don’t review your own airline.
  5. No campaigns or manipulation — Don’t encourage others to post reviews in bulk, whether positive or negative.
How we moderate reviews
  • All reviews are checked by the MNA Team before publishing.
  • We operate on a trust basis — we assume your review is genuine unless there’s a reason to question it.
  • Reviews may be temporarily hidden if they need clarification or breach these rules.
  • If no update is provided when requested, the review may be permanently removed.
  • Initial publication does not guarantee a review will remain visible.
