About us

We are the largest Virtual Airline in Russia, a VATSIM partner, and one of the key carriers within the VATRUS division. Our aircraft fleet is among the most diverse and extensive of all Russian virtual airlines.

We place a strong emphasis on realism: we follow real-world procedures, maintain high internal standards, and make the most of the simulator’s capabilities to provide our pilots with an accurate and high-quality flying experience.

What makes us special?

Our Virtual Airline stands out through its scale, professional approach, and active community involvement. We are the largest Virtual Airline in Russia, a VATSIM partner, and one of the leading airlines within the VATRUS division. We operate on the vAMSYS platform, providing a modern, stable, and user-friendly system for flight operations, logging, and virtual pilot career development.

We maintain a high level of realism in all aspects of our operations while keeping everything accessible and enjoyable for our pilots. In addition, we regularly host large-scale events in cooperation with VATSIM, offering unique opportunities for immersive, coordinated, and highly realistic online flying.

I think it's the only one VA in vamsys system that positions itself like real Aeroflot. But, guys, exams???For what? Apointment, exam... i think it's to much. People just want to come home from work and just relax by flying in the simulator, yes with the same fleet, real sop, with the accars and just enjoying the scenery and airports around. But appointment, waiting for the exam...in your discord where all in unknown russian language, no way guys. And for what, to fly once a mounth and after maybe i will abandone your airline becouse world is all around and so many airlines around not so much complicated like yours. Ok, this is your money this is your rulles. Good luck!

Richard, thank you for your feedback. In order for truly competent pilots to fly in our VA and to ensure that flights are conducted professionally, we have an established admission process that includes appointment and basic examinations. This helps us maintain a certain level of pilot competence and overall operational standards within the airline. Regarding the language: both on the platform and in Discord, all important information and announcements are duplicated in English. In addition, we even have specially trained native English speakers in our team who help support communication with international pilots. Our project was originally designed as a more realistic and structured virtual airline. We understand that this format is not for everyone, but it is exactly what allows us to maintain the level and concept the airline was built around.

The airline's activity has been greatly exaggerated. No activity, no events, no support. All in “their” style I mean that the slogan of VA is “Handle all the matters by yourself, and you will get nothing from us, just a name”. Welcome and support only for selected users.

Andrey, thank you for your feedback. However, all users are treated equally. All support is provided through our official Discord server and email, and our administrators respond to all requests within one hour. We regularly organize events within our VA, often involving the VATSIM network and the Russian division VATRUS. Activity in our chats and voice channels is also consistently maintained, especially for our pilots.

A good airline. I liked the fair pilot selection process and respectful attitude. They offer a lot of incentives, as well as close cooperation with the Russian division of VATSIM. Their Discord has many active members who can help you.

Albert, thank you for your feedback!

It's really hard to figure out how to get into an airline. They only keep promising and only write beautifully. I haven't received any reply to my email. I've applied nine times. No response. They're just making the process more difficult. This airline is for “their” people or for the elite. Nobody knows.Their rules don't work.

Ahmet, thank you for your feedback. Aeroflot Virtual Airlines carries out a strict selection of pilots, so we do not accept everyone automatically. However, our system does not have any data about your application, so we have reason to believe that this review may not be true. We would also like to point out that when submitting an application, the support service's email address and a link to official communication channels are displayed. You could always contact us with a request to send materials for self-preparation manually. However, we have not received a single request from you, either to the airline or to the support service.

Public Review Guidelines

We welcome honest and constructive feedback from pilots. To keep reviews useful and fair, please follow these rules:

  1. Base it on your own experience — You must be a current or former pilot of the Virtual Airline you are reviewing, and only write about what you have personally experienced.
  2. Keep it respectful — No offensive language, profanity, personal attacks, or discriminatory remarks. Criticism is fine, but focus on the airline or its operations, not individuals.
  3. Be specific enough to be meaningful — Helpful reviews include details such as routes, events, community, or support. One-line praise or criticism without explanation may be rejected.
  4. Avoid conflicts of interest — Don’t post if you’re part of a competing Virtual Airline and leaving negative feedback. Don’t review your own airline.
  5. No campaigns or manipulation — Don’t encourage others to post reviews in bulk, whether positive or negative.
How we moderate reviews
  • All reviews are checked by the MNA Team before publishing.
  • We operate on a trust basis — we assume your review is genuine unless there’s a reason to question it.
  • Reviews may be temporarily hidden if they need clarification or breach these rules.
  • If no update is provided when requested, the review may be permanently removed.
  • Initial publication does not guarantee a review will remain visible.
