About us

We are one of the leading Virtual Airlines in Africa, a VATSIM partner, and a key carrier representing South African operations within the network. Our fleet reflects the real-world South African Airways structure, focusing on both regional and long-haul operations.

We place a strong emphasis on realism: we follow real-world procedures, maintain high operational standards, and fully utilize the simulator’s capabilities to deliver an immersive and authentic flying experience for our pilots.

What makes us special?

Our Virtual Airline stands out through its scale, professional approach, and active community involvement. We are one of the leading Virtual Airlines in Africa, a VATSIM partner, and a key airline representing South African operations within the network. We operate on the vAMSYS platform, providing a modern, stable, and user-friendly system for flight operations, logging, and virtual pilot career development.

We maintain a high level of realism in all aspects of our operations while keeping everything accessible and enjoyable for our pilots. In addition, we regularly host large-scale events in cooperation with VATSIM, offering unique opportunities for immersive, coordinated, and highly realistic online flying.

I really like this va because they hold monthly events at my favorite airports in SA. There may not be many people there, but they opened relatively recently. I think it will be a big project in a couple of months!

A great and thoughtful virtual airline! I especially like the detailed route grid and our own materials for pilots. Thanks for such a cool project, I can finally fly for my favorite airline :D

Public Review Guidelines

We welcome honest and constructive feedback from pilots. To keep reviews useful and fair, please follow these rules:

  1. Base it on your own experience — You must be a current or former pilot of the Virtual Airline you are reviewing, and only write about what you have personally experienced.
  2. Keep it respectful — No offensive language, profanity, personal attacks, or discriminatory remarks. Criticism is fine, but focus on the airline or its operations, not individuals.
  3. Be specific enough to be meaningful — Helpful reviews include details such as routes, events, community, or support. One-line praise or criticism without explanation may be rejected.
  4. Avoid conflicts of interest — Don’t post if you’re part of a competing Virtual Airline and leaving negative feedback. Don’t review your own airline.
  5. No campaigns or manipulation — Don’t encourage others to post reviews in bulk, whether positive or negative.
How we moderate reviews
  • All reviews are checked by the MNA Team before publishing.
  • We operate on a trust basis — we assume your review is genuine unless there’s a reason to question it.
  • Reviews may be temporarily hidden if they need clarification or breach these rules.
  • If no update is provided when requested, the review may be permanently removed.
  • Initial publication does not guarantee a review will remain visible.
