Terrible airline and poor management. I spent a long time with this VA, done many flights, and all it took was just pointing out their Safety video wrongly started during taxi and not pushback for them to ban me without warning out of their discord, and then swiftly REMOVING me from their vUAL on VAMSYS and vFedex airline which I am also a part of. All my hours, pireps, gone instantly. This is TERRIBLE! I have never seen such a badly run virtual airline ever. Do NOT even think of joining them, they will just banish you the second you give feedback on anything. -1000/10 . Disgusting behavior
When you repeatedly harass staff with the same untrue opinion in their public Discord, despite being told each time how cabin announcements actually work (our Predisent is a former 737, 787 and 777 captain; we should know) and why they are the way they are, you're eventually going to f around and find out. We provide this service for FREE, and though we encouage bug or error reports, we also expect this fact to be respected. And we reserve the right to kick anyone who doesn't. Enjoy our VA, be positive and have fun. Don't be a Jimmy.

We welcome honest and constructive feedback from pilots. To keep reviews useful and fair, please follow these rules:
- Base it on your own experience — You must be a current or former pilot of the Virtual Airline you are reviewing, and only write about what you have personally experienced.
- Keep it respectful — No offensive language, profanity, personal attacks, or discriminatory remarks. Criticism is fine, but focus on the airline or its operations, not individuals.
- Be specific enough to be meaningful — Helpful reviews include details such as routes, events, community, or support. One-line praise or criticism without explanation may be rejected.
- Avoid conflicts of interest — Don’t post if you’re part of a competing Virtual Airline and leaving negative feedback. Don’t review your own airline.
- No campaigns or manipulation — Don’t encourage others to post reviews in bulk, whether positive or negative.
How we moderate reviews
- All reviews are checked by the MNA Team before publishing.
- We operate on a trust basis — we assume your review is genuine unless there’s a reason to question it.
- Reviews may be temporarily hidden if they need clarification or breach these rules.
- If no update is provided when requested, the review may be permanently removed.
